Is coaching included or does it cost extra?

Our practice coaching and operational guidance are complimentary for all clients. We believe long-term success comes from supporting both billing performance and overall practice growth, so there's no separate fee for any of it.

What does a coaching session actually look like?

It is a real conversation, not a formal program. You reach out with a challenge such as a hiring decision, a billing process question, or a compliance concern and we work through it together. Some clients check in monthly and others reach out as needed.

Do you provide AR oversight and guidance?

Yes. We monitor AR performance, spot trends that impact cash flow, and give you clear recommendations to reduce delays and improve follow-up so your revenue stays healthy without the stress.

Can you help us understand our KPIs and performance data?

Absolutely. We provide reporting on collection rates, denial trends, AR aging, and payer mix. More importantly we help you understand what the numbers mean and what to actually do about them.

Do you work with practices outside of Montana?

Yes. We serve practices in 43 states. All coaching is available remotely and our team understands payer rules and compliance requirements across the country.
